It’s a two-year course where a graduate seat for a KNEC exam at the end of each year. Each year has an average of six units.
At this level, the graduate is introduced to basics of ICT career. The Basics includes dealing with Computer application programs and computer Maintenance mechanisms. Also, graduates gather some research methodology skills at this level.
Interested students proceed the diploma and becomes technocrats in ICT.
