Course Description

The three-year course is designed to equip the trainee with relevant knowledge, skills and attitudes that enable a graduate to manage human resources as a middle-level Human Resource Manager in any organization.

  1. Principles and practice of management (PPM)
  2. Employee relations
  3. Organizational theory and behaviour
  4. Managerial Accounting
  5. Reward Management
  6. Financial management
  7. Trade project.

Entry Requirements

A trainee for this course should have the following minimum entry requirements:

Passed relevant craft certificate in Human Resource Management.

Or

Passed Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with an average grade of C minus.

Or

Equivalent qualification as determined by the Kenya National Examinations Council(KNEC).
